    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced
    Construction Manager
    to lead and oversee the delivery of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Ensure project delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
    • Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
    • Coordinate with the client, design team, and other stakeholders.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
    • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to technical and quality standards.
    • Report regularly to senior management on project status, milestones, and challenges.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, programmes, and cost management.
    • Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety standards.
    • Relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g., BSc/MSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent).
