Job purpose

  • Ensuring client accounts are managed in the correct way and all needs met. Gathering event data from clients to ensure that we deliver the event to their expectations.
  • Ensuring academic dress is available to meet specified deadlines.
  • Accuracy of stock selection and understanding the importance of ensuring stock is correctly picked for events.
  • Meet timelines for tasks and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of stock preevent and assist with postevent returns. Duties and responsibilities
  • Responding to client enquiries in a quick and efficient manner and to company standards.
  • Working alongside the Client Account Management team to complete event documents and trackers based on client needs.
  • Dealing with setting up of the Marston Office system to enable students and staff to order their academic dress, tickets, photography, videography and merchandise for events.
  • Working alongside the Warehouse Manager to scan goods in and out of stock using RFID system.
  • Controlling and selecting academic dress for large graduation events which must meet tight deadlines.
  • Picking items to specified requirements and specifications without error.
  • Loading event trucks in a controlled way to ensure that all items required for a particular event have been loaded and that this has been done following health and safety requirements.
  • Unloading of event trucks after events in a controlled way, ensuring that all stock is quarantined until it has been quality checked and scanned back to stock.
Qualifications and requirements - Excellent time management - Required to be computer literate, particularly with spreadsheets and databases. - Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels internally and externally. - Able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision as well as effective teamwork. - Ability to organise and plan work to meet achievable deadlines and targets. - Ability to adapt to changes and also suggest improvements to working processes. - Current driving licence.

Working conditions - The position is based in the Andover Offices.

- Work in other offices and sites within the Company Group outside of Andover may be required from time to time.

- Visits/training at events throughout UK occasionally required. - Driving between the Company Group sites may be required.
