We have an exciting opportunity for an
Engineering Coordinator dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The
Engineering Coordinator will join our fantastic Engineering team and will be responsible to support the efficient operations of the Engineering department covering all aspects of administration.

You will assist the Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer with suppliers and third parties, coordinate supplies, deliveries and services.

You will ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed and filed and complies with the current health and safety regulations.

You will also have a key role in effectively coordinating the Engineering team on a daily basis. You will be the first point of contact for in-house maintenance queries.

What we are looking for:

A dedicated focus towards guest experience, ensuring our hotel facilities always meet the standards promised
Excellent knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry would be beneficial but not essential
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professional levels of interaction with guests and associates
