Property Restoration & Maintenance - North of England

Bradford, Blackburn, Bolton, Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Harrogate

Full time, permanent position up to £15ph; equivalent to £30,420 Basic Salary + Vehicle + Competitive Overtime + Bonus + Ongoing Training Scheme

The Company recruiting for the Commercial Building Restoration Supervisor:

The Role of theCommercial Building Restoration Supervisor:

Based from home, you will be covering a large territory daily with a larger team, visiting a range of damaged commercial properties based within the building & construction sector.

After training, you will be expected to conduct site surveys & assessmentsof damaged properties & possessions. You need to be confident using basic IT apps & functions. After the assessment, you will be responsible for beginning the restoration process.

There will be a degree of manual handling alongside using & transporting specialistmachinery such as dehumidifiers, pumps & fans to monitor the property & limit long term complications.

39 hours per week before overtime. As supervisor, you will be expected to manage and lead teams. Note; this role will require frequent stops away from home.

  • You must have experience in the restoration and cleanup of fire and flood damaged properties
  • Able and willing to lead a team
  • Experienced in building and construction
  • A full driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Able / happy to undergo a basic DBS check

The Package for the Commercial Building Restoration Supervisor:

  • Full time, permanent position up to £15ph; equivalent to £30,420 Basic Salary
