We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Monitoring SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation, escalating issues directly to Dematic Engineers
- Support flow room processes to maximise productivity in line with available capacity
- Escalating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve them whilst minimising the operational impact
- Minimising system and equipment downtime through effective preventative planned maintenance
- Drive cross functional working as one team to ensure delivery of site KPI's working at every stage to exceed customer expectation
- Minimise Not Right First Time (NRFT), ensuring root cause analysis is completed and resolutions undertaken and driven to completion
- Review SCADA data to identify reoccurring mechanical downtime and plans in maintenance with the engineering team
- Correct operation of both Pick Control and Rework Control, releasing picks and rework in line with system driven 'Action By' schedules
- Keeping the Outbound team appraised of any planned rework and/or double stacked shipments

- Understanding Smart Booking
- Understand the wave allocation process and the pick hierarchy
