The Global Business Generation team is the driver of best practice and expertise across all aspects of marketing and business development:

winning bids, content and campaigns, brand and profile, internal and external comms, digital and social media and key client management.

The team is closely aligned to the company's leadership and work in partnership with regional and segment colleagues. We are looking for a talented marketing and business development professional to join us to make a difference


We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support all aspects of marketing, including content development, campaigns and social/digital activity. The duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore excellent professional skills are vital for this role. In return, the role offers an opportunity for the right individual to make a real impact.


You'll have experience working in a B2B environment and be comfortable interacting with people of all levels. You'll also have a creative spark and be confident in suggesting ideas, with an excellent understanding of the marketing mix and be eager to immerse yourself in the role to develop your skills.


Excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical skills, strong communication, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, and strong attention to detail will all be essential.

Role requirements

Content/campaigns:


  • Coordinate and deliver key global content campaigns, including our flagship global publications.
  • Write and curate content for both digital and print, for external and internal audiences.
  • Oversee the global content and campaigns calendar and planner, including thought leadership articles and project case studies to help manage the pipeline for our digital channels
  • Work closely with a network of freelance copywriters and designers to deliver content.
  • Generate content ideas across online and offline channels.
  • Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs and sells, across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Plan and manage content calendars.

Marketing/Digital:


  • Prepare marketing documents and reports as required in collaboration with Marcomms team members.
  • Analyse marketing and communication data and metrics and report back to the team.
  • Publish and edit content across various digital platforms.
  • Coordinate other marketing initiatives as required.

Corporate identity and business support:


  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks for the global marcomms team, as required.

Qualifications:


Skills required:


  • Experience (including B2B) in a marketing role of similar scope, preferably within the professional services sector.
  • Strong project and campaign management skills, with experience working to short deadlines, managing stakeholders and balancing competing priorities with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A creative flair for producing interesting and engaging content. This includes the ability to repurpose content for online and offline channels.
  • An excellent understanding of effective marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic Photoshop (image cropping, resizing, webreadying, basic colour correction etc.).
  • Experience creating website and social media content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Digital and/or marketing qualifications preferred.
