£45-55K plus bonus


Ideally at the beginning it would 100% in the office but after a few weeks it could move to hybrid if that is required.

Most hybrid workers do two to three days a week in the office.


Responsibilities of the B2B Marketing Manager:

  • Create, develop, maintain and implement the marketing strategy to drive more relevant traffic to their website, and more direct enquiries to the sales team.
  • Carry out keyword research and keyword rank tracking
  • Carry out and arrange website optimisations for improved SEO
  • Develop and manage the paid search strategy
  • Create a video content strategy and use this to generate quality video content that meets the business marketing objectives.
  • Create and implement an advertising strategy with relevant social and other digital platforms
  • Produce and arrange written technical content for blogs, social posts, case studies and website articles
  • Undertake and manage the continuous improvement of the company website including the UI and UX
  • Manage external web developments projects
  • Manage other external marketing support
  • Monitor and report on key analytics
  • Create and implement an advertising strategy with relevant trade press and industry directories
  • Research relevant exhibitions and contribute to their planning and organisation
  • Over time, develop and build an internal marketing team as well as strong relationships with external marketing support companies and individuals
  • Provide reporting on the marketing key performance indicators.
  • Take an active role in boardlevel meetings to identify business risks and find and implement solutions to avert those risks and contribute suggestions and proposals that will shape the future direction of the business

Skills and experience:


  • Significant experience of marketing technical products in a business to business environment
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing methods (exhibitions, trade press, SEO, adwords, social media etc.)
  • Experience of developing and executing a marketing strategy
  • A high level of written and spoken English
  • Highly competent computer skills with advanced use of Excel and data handling and presentation
  • Photo and video editing
  • Basic design experience and the use of Design software
