HEIW's Cyber Security function is expanding and we're looking to recruit a Cyber Security Team Lead to help deliver HEIW's cyber security programme.


This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of HEIW's cyber security programme and digital transformation.


The post holder will take responsibility for delivering a wide range of cyber security activities including the identification and appropriate management of risks and the designing and implementing of solutions to secure HEIW's environment and advocating cyber security.

You will work as part of a team and sometimes autonomously on cyber security projects, providing necessary input, feedback and progress reports to stakeholders and will work closely with members of the Digital function, Information Governance, Project Managers, Operational functions and other relevant stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of HEIW's cyber security team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This role will be based in Ty Dysgu, Nantgarw, CF15 7QQ. Occasional remote working will be available.
