The Faculty of Epidemiology & Population Health (EPH) are seeking a Faculty Administrator, to join a small and friendly team in the EPH Faculty Office to assist with the co-ordination and management of the Faculty's resources.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Faculty Administrator with administrative experience in a university or similar environment who is organised, proactive and has a collaborative and flexible approach.


The post-holder will work closely with the Faculty team, the four Department Managers, the Faculty Taught Programme Directors, members of staff in Central Services and the wider LSHTM community.

This is a wide-ranging role encompassing Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Events, External Relations and Research Operations and would suit someone who enjoys working in a varied and dynamic environment.

It would also provide an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to develop their career in the Higher Education sector, with multiple career progression avenues and excellent in-house training.

The post-holder will have minimum of higher education to A Level, or equivalent, and relevant experience. Further particulars are included in the job description.
