**Group Finance Manager- Basingstoke (Hybrid)

This Group Finance Manager role includes the following duties:
- Produce month end and year end consolidated accounts
- Produce yearend statutory accounts in line with IFRS Standards
- Have full overseight for a number of European entities including month end and year end accounting
- Identify and implement key areas of process improvement
- Act as a key business partner to a number of C-Suite level stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance to relevant reporting standards
- Line manage a small team of finance professionals
- Ad-Hoc Duties
- ACA/ICAEW/ACCA Fully Qualified
- Audit background, ideally from a Top 10 firm
- Strong experience in producing/auditing yearend accounts under IFRS reporting standards
- Experience in auditing/ producing group level accounts is preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Results driven individual
