I am currently working with a reputable timber frame company in Devon, who require a projects manager to oversee a number of developments throughout Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.

This is a one off opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in contracts management. Joining as a Projects Manager you will be responsible for a number of sites overseeing timer frame construction. You will be responsible for programming, production,coordinating works, commercial duties, budget etc

It is essential you have experience of timber frame construction and fire prevention measures, however all levels and backgrounds will be considered.

Your drive, determination to succeed and progress will secure you this role.

You will need to be a confident and organised individual who isn't afraid to say no when timescales are too tight and advise on best route forward etc.

Communication is another main attribute you will need to succeed in this role

A competitive salary will be offered, Van, holiday, pension, mileage etc

Its likely you will spend 4 days a week on the road visiting your sites and 1 day in the office, near Exeter.
