• Assist clients in renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
• Negotiate offers and terms of rental agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads and referrals
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Prepare contracts, leases, and other necessary documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
• Dealing with incoming calls as appropriate
• Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries/concerns.
• Ensuring to stay up to date with company policies, legislative requirements, company directives and procedures.
• Assisting Head lettings negotiator in maximising overall income and profitability of branch.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Fluency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and document preparation
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is preferred but not required
• UK Clean driving license and own vehicle is MUST
