Description

The role would suit someone who is keen and quick to learn as they will support the Print Manager in a busy environment on all Digital Print activities in the print room, and has experience with Adobe illustrator.

We are a small team so a can-do and problem-solving approach is important to ensure our Digital Print operation runs smoothly.

• Computer literate with aptitude for systems
• Adobe Suite
• Ability to work well in a small team as well as manage tasks independently
• Excellent eye for detail in responsibility for quality issues
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, think logically and take a practical approach
• Ability to problem solve with positive adaptable approach to work
• Good communication skills for team working and customer contact as needed
• Making up advertising boards
• Printing onto various media (vinyl, banner, paper, etc)
• Loading and managing media files on the printer
• Calibrate and maintain printing machines with support from Print Manager
• Liaise with administration staff for dispatch
• Managing the clean and organised approach to print room environment and cleaning routine for printers
• Support on stock control of vinyl
• Operation of laminating and mounting equipment

• Competent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe illustrator, iMacs.
• Strong Customer Service focus to all stakeholders.
• Able to prioritise competing tasks and demands on time and resources.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Able to react well under pressure.
• Ability to handle all company and personal information securely and confidentially.
• Team player who can demonstrate flexibility in relation to changes within the business.
• Health and Safety awareness is desirable.
