Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, innovative person with excellent IT/social media skills to become a pivotal part of developing the company's internal and external communications, advertising, event management and brand management - maximising the company's reach in all these areas.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


Customer Excellence Ensure that on-site customer expectation is exceeded and to obtain and evaluate customer survey results.


External/Internal Communications To assist in the creation and maintenance of all internal/external communication media - including but not limited to, company website, intranet, social media. Ensuring appropriate channels are adopted and all communications are in the company standard format.


Advertising To assist in the development of company advertising, working with internal/external parties such as industry media.


Brand Management To assist with promoting the company brand, ensuring compliance within agreed guidelines. To assist with the design, production and ordering of all marketing literature and promotional items.


Event Management Involvement in the attendance, planning and delivery of company and corporate events - being the focal point.


Marketing To play a key part in developing the company's marketing plan and preparing monthly marketing updates to communicate to the wider organisation. To keep current on all competitor and industry activity.


Skills, Experience, Qualifications, Behaviours:


  • Excellent IT and Social Media skills are essential.
  • Experience of building excellent customer relationships.
  • Diverse and creative thinker who wants to use their skills to create effective marketing materials.
  • Well organised and initiativetaking.
  • Dedicated work ethic with an enthusiastic/energetic approach.
  • French speaker (an advantage).
  • Effective/personable communicator.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
