Paolo Moschino Ltd has an opportunity for an experienced to join its administrative team in London.


They will be responsible:

- for planning and coordination of both import and export shipments from UK to global clients and from global suppliers to UK warehouse (dealing with sea-freight, air-freight, LCL, DDP)
- for scheduling of third party transporters and orchestrating deliveries to meet customer requirements
- for obtaining the most competitive quotes and logistic companies and streamlining import and export processes
- for purchasing of packaging supplies and obtaining best prices
- for working with head of purchasing and sales team to prepare shipping tariffs for export to global distributors, collating weights/package dimensions/care guides/installation instructions for all products from the Paolo Moschino Collection
- for following up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, check packing lists against invoices
- for maintaining appropriate filing of logistics and shipping documents
- for communicating with sales team, design team, head of purchasing, warehouse and accounts team on delivery deadlines, incoming orders, shipping documentation, invoices etc.
- for resolving any quality issues or breakages with suppliers and/or customers swiftly


Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
