HIRE CONTROLLER - SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
We are an established and growing Plant Hire Company based in Canning Town, East London.
Currently recruiting for a
highly motivated Assistant Hire Controller.
Previous Hire Desk experience would be desirable, but not essential, along with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Duties:
- Ensuring that all plant hire requests are processed according to company procedures
- Coordinate the daytoday supply of Plant such as excavators, dumpers, Telehandlers.
- Ensure the full regulatory compliance of plant on hire
- Manage and resolve operational hire issues
- Build strong and helpful relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Deal with all damages and queries.
Requirements:
- IT literate, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
- Knowledge of Syrinx or similar computerised plant hire system would be advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- You must be a well organised individual, with the ability to work on your own initiative, within the Company process
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a busy office environment
- High attention to detail
