**Learning and Organisational Development Advisor- Duration: Permanent_
- Location: Hybrid Working (London/WFH)_
- Core working hours: 9 to 5 (can be flexible)_
- Hybrid: At least 2 days in the office a week _
A Learning and Organisation Development Advisor will help support the embedding of an inclusive learning environment within the organisation, by ensuring people's talents and developing them to their full potential to ensure continuous engagement throughtheir employment.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of an allencompassing inclusive L&D strategy and programme, considering blended learning options including coaching and mentoring
- Support the L&D Manager with assessing both individual, departmental and organisational L&D needs by identifying skill gaps and needs through yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Introduction of a 360feedback system and embedding this into an invigorated performance review process through communication and upskilling services users on added value
- Coordinate and organise ad hoc departmental and individual training needs identified through various performance or development conversations
- Lead on the onboarding and induction for all new joiners, looking at how to engage with new staff prior to them joining, ensuring there is an induction plan in place
- Coordinate with external training partners and curate learning content and assess relevant learning and development options, promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion throughout
- Assist the manager with roll out, delivery and evaluation of the Leadership Programme by attending launch events, collating feedback and presenting it constructively to stakeholders
- Maintain a Learning Management System to help develop, deliver, track and evaluate success of training
- Work collaboratively with peers and colleagues in the wider HR Function on related matrix projects being prepared to support where work is needed and when required
Essential Skills:
- Experience working within an L&D environment, delivering on Strategies and Programmes
- Holds of working towards a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Ability to converse with a wealth of internal and external stakeholders
