This is a perfect role for someone looking to have flexibility and time freedom in the day to do other things / other work commitments, who would benefit from high quality free accomodation with all bills included, and enjoys most evenings at home.
We are looking for someone friendly, sensible, and most of all honest and trustworthy. This is a really quirky and unusual role as there isn't a huge amount of work to do.We need someone we can trust and rely on and to be on site whilst gets stay of an evening (usually 3-4 nights a week).
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests on the day of check in.
- Be on site in your own seperate flat of an evening when we have guests.
- Ensure guests stick to house rules.
- Be available to help guests with any queries
- Weeding and mainting the garden (very low maintance)
- Report any maintanance issues
- Change the lockbox keycode once a week
- General eyes and ears for the property
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Salary:
£300.00-£1,000.00 per month
