Our client is a traditional, established Legal 500 firm of solicitors with 3 offices in South London.

They have 31 Partners, experts in their fields, recognised as outstanding individuals in the legal world by Chambers, The Legal 500 and their peers.

Theyare committed to providing excellent client services for a diverse client base. They have a national reputation in niche areas and are in the top 200 firms in England.

The firm has grown substantially over recent years, organically and via acquisition, and the BD & Marketing team continues to grow to support the firm's ambitious plans.

This is a very exciting time to be joining a dynamic team.

They are looking to recruitan enthusiastic and creative Design & Events Executive to provide internal design capability to the team and be responsible for the firm's marketing events, to support marketing campaigns and the BD efforts of the fee earners.

The role

There will be a mix of B2C marketing - to private individuals, and B2B marketing - to professional entities who can provide us with referrals.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce physical brochures and flyers, a well as online documents e.g., flipbooks, to promote the firm's services
Produce electronic and hardcopy documents and presentations to support the Head of Marketing e.g., Annual Report, 60year Celebration, Social Impact Report etc.
Produce professional adverts for magazine space, both in print and online
Produce imagery for their website
Work with external providers to produce videos for use on the website and across social media platforms
Manage physical events, such as seminars and cocktail parties, from venue sourcing and catering through to followup
Design presentation content
Run online events, such as webinars and virtual roundtables/debates

What they are looking for

Ideally a graduate in design or relevant field, or with other design qualifications
Experience in an inhouse or agency design role
Knowledge of social and digital media platforms
Proactive rather than reactive in approach
Able to work in an advisory capacity
Good attention to detail
Experience of working in a professional services environment is a distinct advantage
