Administrator position is now available with
Blackpool Council on an initial temporary contract.


What is the role?
Blackpool Council is creating Blackpool's first ever museum, Showtown, telling the extraordinary stories of Britain's first mass seaside resort.


This museum of fun and entertainment, opening early 2023, will celebrate the spirt of Blackpool and will allow visitors to see it in a whole new life.


The Council now have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team during the delivery period of the museum.


How will you do this?

  • Support the wider delivery teams with general administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide personal assistance to the Administration and Finance Manager, including diary management and the planning of meetings.
  • Help with workload planning and operative with a strong degree of initiative.
