MILK Education are currently working with a Secondary School in North Liverpool who are seeking to appoint a long term and day to day classroom Cover Supervisors.

The role is to start as soon as possible and will be on-going throughout the full academicyear, pushing onto the new academic year too

Strong Behaviour Management skills are needed for this role.

Bookings can be flexible to fit around your other commitments but you must have a minimum of three days availability in any given week in order to apply.

Pay rates start at £75 - £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:_

Covering lessons for a class teacher who are absent due to sickness, training or meetings
Positive classroom management, building rapport and a good working relationship with students and staff alike
Being adaptable to students needs by providing 1 to 1 and small group assistance where required
Working with other staff members to meet the schools expectations of learning and development

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria:_

Must have a good educational background including GCSE
Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor
Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK Secondary school setting
Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
