Description

About us
Horner Shearing is a family run business based in the village of West Bradford, a short drive from Clitheroe.

Established in 1989, our business has grown from a husband and wife partnership into a successful, international business rooted firmly in the agricultural community.

Our story began when founders Willie and Mary Horner first designed and sold the ground breaking Longhorn 12v shearing machine, a machine which has grown to be iconic among professional shearers and farmers all over the world.

Still managed by founder Willie and son Will, we truly are a traditional, local, family business and value our personal relationships with both new customers and long standing family friends.

From our site in West Bradford, Horner Shearing covers the full process from manufacture and fabrication of our world renowned sheep shearing products through to sales, servicing and repair by our dedicated engineers, along with product innovation to keep up to date with the latest developments and demands of the market.

Continued growth in sales and expansion means that we are currently looking for an individual to join our passionate and dedicated team.

If you are adaptable and keen to get the job done, read on to see how you could become part of our next chapter

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Production Planner to work in our modern buildings to support our growing teams in the Engineering, Welding, Finishing and Assembly departments.
