D-ENERGi have an exciting and diverse role available in our busy and modern Manchester Office.

The role will be centred around delivering excellent customer service as well as working with our suppliers and third parties to resolve queries.

The role requires three years previous experience working within a customer service based role. Experience within providing customers with quotes and pricing, and follow up, credit control is also essential. A confident persona and strong telephone skills are also a requirement as well as effective written communication skills.

Problem solving skills, good initiative and excellent attention to detail are key skills that are required to be successful in this role.


Some key aspects of the role include

  • Managing new accounts transitioning to our supply as well as overseeing the closure of accounts that are leaving.
  • Working with our suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
  • Problem solving and resolving customer queries or complaints.
  • Following our credit control process to proactively contact customers who have not paid. Dealing with customer queries or responses to requests for payment.

Key skills required for this role are -

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain concentrated during long, repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to navigate around Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • A conscientious approach to work and to take pride in the tasks you complete.
  • Happy to undertake some administrative tasks when required.
D-ENERGi are a successful energy company based in Central Park Business Park in North Manchester.

This role is full time based in our Manchester office with a hybrid working option available after 6 months of service.

You will be provided with full ongoing support and training to build up your knowledge within the industry and in Company policies.

D-ENERGi provide breakfast, snacks and drinks in the office for employees to enjoy.

All employees will be awarded with one extra day of leave for each year of service, up to a maximum of 26 days of leave plus bank holidays.

You will also be able to claim your birthday as a day of leave after completing 12 months service.


We are located just 5 minutes' walk from Central Park Metro link station, 8 minutes from Victoria Station and offer flexible working shifts.
