Are you ready for a new adventure in the upcoming year?

Our team at PAD London is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join as Junior Management Trainees. Recently joined forces with a UK-based vegan food subscription service, we need motivated talents to kick off with entry-level responsibilities, focusing on organizing promotional events.

We steer clear of traditional cold-calling methods. Instead, we opt for a targeted strategy, leveraging various venues across London to engage with potential customers and drive sales.

Upon meeting set criteria, successful candidates will be entrusted with leading a small team and benefit from mentorship to oversee diverse departments such as PR, recruitment, and HR.

Key responsibilities at the entry level stage include:

  • Working closely with the event promotions team
  • Building rapports with new customers, facilitating their registration process
  • Enhancing the client's reputation through face-to-face interactions
  • Advocating the client's brand mission
  • Contributing insights and support to ongoing campaigns
  • No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic are essential

Compensation:

Junior management trainees will enjoy a combination of a fixed weekly wage and uncapped commission. Anticipated annual earnings range from £24,000 to £28,000 OTE.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo screening by our HR team, followed by a Zoom webinar for a brief introduction and role overview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
