Responsibilities:


  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
  • Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
  • Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and support
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sage.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
