Accounts Assistant - Invergordon, United Kingdom - C & P Recruitment
Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
- Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and support
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sage.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
