- An excellent Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with a leading reputation.
- Working on a social housing contract based out of the office overseeing a team of Housing Officers on a full time, permanent basis.
- Senior Housing Officer*
- Working Monday
- Friday on a 37.5hour week on a full time, permanent basis. You will be required to travel to residents as and when and the rest of the time office based.
- Oversee a team of Housing Officers who will be providing consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction / social housing sector
- Must have experience overseeing a team/ in a management role
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable distance of Dudley
