Solihull, hybrid working once training is completed


Pay Rate; £13.90


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5


Role Overview:


Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the rollout of Automated Meter Reading (AMR) metering, ensuring seamless customer engagement, obtaining access information for sites, booking site surveys, and coordinating meter exchanges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle daytoday customer and internal queries via telephone and mailboxes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional metering services to customers while ensuring compliance with business standards and obligations.
  • Manage various sitelevel processes, including deployments, maintenance, site visits, and customer interactions, to support a comprehensive and timely AMR metering rollout.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telephony customer service.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize internal database systems effectively.
  • Experience in the utilities sector would be advantageous.
