Permanent Contract working for a System Builder operating in the commercial and Industrial sectors.

Excellent opportunity for an electrically trained / experienced engineer with 2D CAD skills seeking a project-based role for an expanding system builder in Telford.

This is a customer facing role, as project engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that build projects are successfully planned, designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered.

If you have electrical experience with good organisational and communicationskills this role will be of interest.

Due to continued sales growth the company is expanding their engineering function and looking to attract new talent into the business to join a positive existing team.

The successful project engineer will fulfil the following duties Checking and creating basic CAD designs of electrical schematics

Issuing drawings, specifying parts, and preparing BOM
Preparing instruction packs for Production
Liaising with clients and maintaining contact with updates
Providing technical support to production
Liaising with clients throughout project to include product test and sign off

As Project Engineer you will have the following experience

Understanding of 2D CAD drawings and basic ability to produce electrical diagrams
Electrical qualification advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Project or process engineering
Component specification and ability to produce Bill of Materials
Technical Support and Customer account management
