The opportunity:


Are you passionate about paid media and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic marketing team? We are seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support our performance marketing efforts across various channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Criteo.

As a key member of our team, you will help optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance to ensure a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Criteo.

Budget Optimization: Work to optimize and manage advertising budgets across different channels to achieve a healthy ROAS.

Post Campaign Analysis: Conduct detailed post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Creative Planning: Collaborate on the planning and briefing of creative content for key moments in the trading calendar, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing campaigns.

Media Planning: Contribute to the development of media plans for brand-specific moments, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal trading teams to understand where and how to best support performance marketing efforts.

Business Objectives: Collaborate with the team and the Head of Performance Marketing to help achieve overall business objectives.

Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our media partners to maximize campaign performance and opportunities.


Requirements:


  • 1 year minimum experience in a paid media role, preferably at an agency.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • An interest in the health and beauty industry, with a passion for staying uptodate on industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
