Happy Days Nurseries is a leading early years provider operating 18 nurseries across South West England, providing exceptional childcare to families for over 30 years.

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Partner to join our Support Team at our Summercourt Support Office.

The role of the Customer Relationship Partner is crucial in ensuring our potential, and current customers, receive high-quality service and expert guidance and information during the enquiry and enrolment process.


You will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and building and maintaining trust in our services.


This role will suit someone who has experience in a busy, customer service/advice role, you will be front line contact to potential customers enquiring about our services and have the ability to manage the enquiry process to ensure the customer is provided high-quality information about our nurseries, arrange visits to the setting and follow up to ensure the customer has had the very best experience with us.


You will be IT literate, with experience in using MS Office Products, you will have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) and be highly organised.

Previous experience in the early year's sector would be of considerable advantage.

The role is full-time, all year round, working alternate early and late shifts.


As Customer Relationship Partner you will -

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries, both online and via telephone, providing customers with key information about their desired setting, such as availability, cost and enrolment process
  • Be responsible for engaging with customers by building and maintaining trusting relationships
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the core values of the company
  • Conduct surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve customer service
  • Keep customers updated in order to improve conversions
  • Understand customers' needs and address these
  • Liaise with nursery managers to maximise conversions
  • Understand the competition to maximise enrolments
  • Record and maintain accurate enquiry information
  • Process converted customers onto our database
