Job description
We are looking to recruit for a Full Time Supervisor to work 32 hours a week

BEN SHERMAN is looking for a Supervisor for our Store in York Designer Outlet.

You will take full responsibility for the store during opening and closing shifts with the objective to provide an exceptional experience to the customer and to achieve / exceed the financial targets for the store, whilst adhering to all Ben Sherman guidelines.

Additional information Operations**- Operational Plans - Produce operational plans that support the achievement of the agreed strategy

Plan Implementation
Implement agreed department plans (promotional, marketing, operational) in line with strategy

Resource Allocation

Schedule work on a daytoday basis to enable daily activity targets to be met; ensuring necessary resources are allocated to meet objectives

Market Analysis

To be fully aware of local competitor market activity and make recommendations on internal pricing, promotion and product policies

Professional Development

Develop own professional knowledge and expertise through on the job training opportunities

Housekeeping

Check and control working and safety conditions and oversee stock, equipment and store security
Opening and Closing of the shop when required. (Key Holder responsibilities WILL require applicant to be over the age of 18).

People

Relationship Building
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key contacts to ensure that Ben Sherman's interests are served, reputation enhanced and commercial opportunities realised
