Key Responsibilities
Managing high volume / own workloads using our query management system, and ability to prioritise.

  • Proactively monitor and assess data to identify and correct any inaccuracies or corrections.
  • Liaise with clients to fully understand their energy requirements.
  • Understand pricing or tendering processes with suppliers including; processing and analysing client data to prepare pricing requests, managing supplier response, assessment of prices received.
  • Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure queries resolved effectively, be integral to regular meetings with suppliers to ensure completion of outstanding tasks for each supplier.
  • Seek to continually review, optimise or improve on current practices.
  • Plan and organise workload to meet existing team/client requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times


In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Team Overview


Working in our Cardiff office as part of a growing team, you will assist with a variety of activities in order to deliver an effective Energy service to a number of our key internal and external clients.

The Savills Energy team in Cardiff provides an energy bureau and procurement service to Savills Property Management Division, servicing over 500 clients and around 4,000 sites across the UK.

This role report directly to the Client Onboarding Manager.
