Job Description - Sales Assistant

The first contact for our customers will be
YOU, so were looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to be warm and welcoming over the phone, supporting our customers through the buying process.

Using your varied people skills, you'll work out what the customers' situation is and provide information in regards to the relevant storage solutions for them and any additional support they need.

Whether it be; putting your sales skills to use by promoting the products or using your initiative to ensure services and standards are well maintained.

Responsibilities:

To assist customers in understanding their storage needs in terms of unit sizes and providing adequate quotes for various size units in a timely manner.
To be able to follow up on previous quotes and document on a computer system.
To convey the benefits of our storage facilities to the customers.
To ensure that the appearance of the facility is maintained to a high level of standard; this involves the cleaning of units; sweeping and mopping of the corridors, and the removal of all debris from the car park and surrounding areas. Thus ensuring the environment is safe and welcoming.
To conduct a daily inspection of the Storage Units, confirming that they are clean, secure and available for rent, and report this information to the Manager.
To work closely with the Manger to receive training and coaching to be able to complete all tasks promptly and effectively.

Flexible Schedule covering the below hours:
Monday to Friday 7.45am - 6pm

Saturday 8.15am - 4pm

Sunday 09.45am - 2pm

We guarentee at least 1 full weekend off a month plus an addtional Saturday or Sunday.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
