How we measure your success

  • Reducing the number of open vacancies per month.
  • Ad hoc tasks set by the Head of People or Talent Team

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Attending Recruitment Fairs
  • Job posting on job boards and our chosen job boards
  • Social media posts creating content including new starters across our offices and our Ink monthly socials
  • Working alongside the Talent Team supporting the endtoend recruitment cycle.
  • Working closely with our managers ensuring their new starters receive comprehensive IT onboarding and IT equipment as and where necessary.
  • Arranging and assisting with the logistics running of group interviews, assessment centres including room bookings and scheduling
  • Be willing to undertake any other relevant activities as requested by the Talent Team where appropriate.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
