Job Description - Client Services Executive

Are you excited by the challenge of connecting with clients, building relationships and developing opportunities? Would you like to work for an ambitious, innovative business as it enters a period of serious growth and development in a new partnership with Black Sheep Coffee.


You'll be the focal point of contact between the business and its client, ensuring consistently excellent customer service and clearly communicating their requirements and goals to ensure successful delivery.

You'll track operational performance, communicating with customer contacts, internal operations and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities - Client Services Executive
In this Client Services Executive role you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of the client's account
  • Monitor and report on performance and service quality
  • SLA adherence and KPI variance
  • Work with the operation to track against a continuous improvement plan
  • Assess stock levels against customer forecasts; work with the buying team to ensure optimal stockholding levels and prevent shortages
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with key contacts within the client's business
  • Own and deliver on specific clientrelated projects
  • Managing the dispute resolution procedure ensure issues and resolutions are clearly communicated and effectively resolved
  • Analyse, assess and interpret performance data; provide reporting to clients for use in performance reviews

Job Requirements - Client Services Executive
For this Client Services Executive job in London, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Account Management and Sales (ideally in FMCG)
  • Very strong focus on delivering against targets
  • Effective communication skills able to convey confidence and build trust
  • Strong IT skills / fluency
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Ideally knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
  • Strong information presentation skills able to use data to provide meaningful insights in a professional manner, and to prepare professional, businessfocused reports
  • Be extremely motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Driving licence is desirable
  • Articulate, polished, and professional communicator with a good phone/video call manner and excellent writing skills
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset: essential to take full ownership of goals, deadlines, and targets
