LHH are currently working on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis for a highly successful and profitable business based in Sussex.

Reporting into the Finance Director you will be part of a team of 5 and have responsibilityfor preparing annual statutory accounts, ensuring all monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines are met, while also overseeing the AP / AR function.


The Finance Manager role will also focus on improving current controls / processes and will be involved in an upcoming systems implementation.


Key skills / experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience of producing statutory accounts
  • Strong controls / process improvement background
  • Excellent communication / people management skills
  • Good systems / Excel knowledge
This is a permanent role for a highly successful business that operates in a fast paced sector. The role is office based 2 days a week and is paying circa £55k
