About the Role
We are seeking a

Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for organising, monitoring and coordinating operational activities of the department.
Providing overall departmental support and coordination, utilising technical/analytical skills and operational knowledge to support preseries planning activities.
Support colleagues, contractors, administrative resource and new starters/trainees.
Working closely with the director/first line and liaising with all levels of the business.
Office coordination and managing infrastructure; including equipment and stationary

About the Person
_, _experience of IT systems such as SAP, Time and Attendance, Success Factors and AVON would be advantageous.

You will demonstrate:

Experience gained form a challenging engineering or manufacturing environment (preferably automotive)
Intermediate level on all MS standard packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Ability to undertake instruction and manage a varied workload
Ability to coordinate, organise and communicate effectively with a variety of colleagues that have different work requirements
