£40,268 - £47,374

The Vacancy

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a Head of Operations (Finance) to lead, inspire and motivate our Transactions and Debt Recovery teams.

What You'll Do:

You will be instrumental in improving and developing our systems around debt recovery, income management and accounts payable.

You will develop your team of managers through regular performance management, striving for continual improvement and ensuring that this leadership cascades through their relevant teams.

What You'll Be:

An experienced people manager, with strong organisational skills and experience complying with policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:

Comprehensive knowledge, understanding, legislation and experience of at least one of the four areas of responsibility: debt recovery, rent accounting, accounts payable and insurance; experience in developing, interrogating and maintaining multiple operational systems; and the ability to confidently communicate and influence across a range of stakeholders.
