With clients from a massive range of sectors, your role as a Client Partner will help local, national and global businesses to find, keep, train and retain the best people.

Our continued growth and multiple new client wins mean we need another Client Partner to join and lead our experienced team.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead on your own portfolio of clients, creating deep and trusted relationships with key contacts
- You'll spot and develop opportunities within your client base to improve what they're doing and keep them ahead in difficult market conditions
- Understanding your clients' challenges and identifying the best ways to support and solve them
- Lead and support your team across a variety of strategic and tactical work
- Drive commercial success and excellence, for both Creed and our clients
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to deliver creative work at the highest level possible
- Ensure client retention through a collaborative approach, being a natural relationship builder and by always delivers on time and on budget
- Lead presentations and meetings, inspiring both our clients and your peers
- Work at pace, with a cool head under pressure, is an absolute given
- Support on wider new business opportunities within the business when required
What we're looking for:
To be successful here, you'll already be an experienced Account Director/Client Partner or a Senior Account Manager with a good understanding of modern advertising and marketing, ideally in the Employer Branding/Talent Attraction/Recruitment sector.
