Chums Retail Company are delighted to now have the opportunity within our Team to be on the search for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader/Team Manager.

Onsite we have our Warehouse Operations who you will work closely with, Product Buying Team, Marketing Team, Website Design Team, Market Place Team (Amazon/Ebay) and many more.

If you have experience of leading high performing Teams in an OMNI Channel environment this might just be the opportunity you are looking for


Job requirements of a Contact Centre Team Leader:

  • Leading, training and coaching a Team of OMNI Channel Sales Assistants
  • Setting weekly and monthly support plans and objectives
  • Improving team overall performance, engagement and wellbeing
  • Analysing previous statistics and performance to enhance your customers and colleagues experience
  • Conducting development sessions including 121's, coaching, career progression and mentoring
  • Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met

Job experience of a Contact Centre Team Leader:

  • Minimum 6-12 months in a similar Contact Centre Team Leader role
  • Strong leadership skills and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills effective coaching skills; have the ability to build relationships & can motivate staff.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Prescot: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Team management: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Prescot
