Our client Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

They now require a Marketing Intern to join their existing team.

365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier, working on behalf of Mazak.

Yamazaki Mazak originated in Japan, but now has 10 manufacturing sites across the world, including its European headquarters and manufacturing plant in Worcester.

Not only is Mazak the only machine tool company to manufacture its machines in the UK, we also have a state-of-the-art European Technology Centre that regularly showcases the best and newest technologies to UK and European customers.

It's here at our European head office in Worcester you will be joining our marketing team to support with all our promotional activities such as exhibitions, open houses, social media, corporate branding, digital marketing, sales support, CRM and much, much more.

Reporting to the European Marketing Manager this position will work closely with our businesses in the UK and across Europe.

The typical internship programme in the European Marketing Department will offer a wide variety of marketing, European and business experience.

Here are some of the skills you will pick up during your time here:

A thorough understanding of our Marketing function
Exciting and interesting projects that will give your insight into a wide variety of marketing skills
Experience of working with the software that supports the marketing function, including design, database and reporting software
Delivering the communications plan with press releases and articles
Working on product and brand campaigns
Supporting our website and digital marketing functions
Attending and supporting Marketing and industry events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to deliver on time
Attention to detail with analytical, problemsolving/creative skills
