Senior Management Accountant | Lincoln, Lincolnshire | £44,000 - £52,000pa

McCarthy Adams Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to join an innovative and dynamic manufacturing business in South Hykeham, Lincoln.

This is a pivotal, hands-on role within the business and would suit an individual who has a stronginterest in providing strategic and analytical support.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, as the Senior Management Accountant an overview of responsibilities will include:

Production of monthly management accounts and supporting MI
Business partnering designated functions providing accurate, timely, and relevant analysis to operational and financial stakeholders to aid in strategic planning and delivery of goals.
Support the delivery of robust forecasts and budgets in line with company wide timetables.
Balance sheet management
Finance project management

Requirements for the Senior Management Accountant role:

A qualified CIMA or ACCA Management Accountant or equivalent
Proven practical background in a commercially focused and analytical Management Accountant role
Passionate about figures, analysis and interpretation of results
Leadership and development of junior staff in team
Experienced in presenting reports, forecasts, trends and recommendations to the team and senior management
Advanced MS Excel skills are essential
