Apprentice Administrative Assistantsupporting multiple departments.

This role sits within our Head Office in Stirling.

As an Apprentice Assistant you would be responsible for supporting multiple departments such as Human Resources, Business Management and Sales.


We work together to meet our goals for the department and customer service is at the forefront of what we do as we want to deliver accurate reports and support for our teams across Scotland and Northern Ireland.


There are no formal entry requirements, but it's important that you show the ability and commitment to achieve all outcomes of your apprenticeship.


After completing this level, you could move on to the SCQF 6 MA in Business Administration; or an SVQ level 4 in another area such as management.

Also after completion you can also pursue a business-related HNC (SCQF level 7) or HND (SCQF level 8), withpossible progression to a full honours degree.

It can also lead to specialisation in a particular area of administration.


The role would suit someone looking for 35-45 hours a week and we are open to discuss flexible working patterns and possible job sharing.


Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
  • Answering internal and external queries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Creating, auditing and reviewing reports
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of admin duties
  • Ordering supplies
  • Administrative support for different departments

Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Basic use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
