Our client is a leading insurance business and due to the growth of the company and the increasing complexity of Tax, there is a newly created Tax Lead position.

This is their first Tax hire in the UK and with the use of the Finance team and the advisers, you would be responsible for all areas of tax outside of the US.

The compliance is outsourced to the advisors so this would be more oversight and coordination rather than actually doing the preparation.

Aside from this, there will certainly be scope to get involved in general tax advisory work, international tax issues, and wider projects.
