This role offers flexible working with occasional attendance required in Hammersmith and Reading.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Value Creation & Operations (VCO) Team As a dynamic, growing team, we're leading transformation and change across Virgin Media O2 at both a strategic and operational level.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

  • Significant experience of supporting multiple senior executives
  • Diary management experience being able to arrange both internal and external meetings
  • A proven track record prioritising commitment, allowing sufficient time for preparation, delegation and review of critical activity.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • A desire to deliver an excellent service to internal and external customers, being loyal to the brand
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
