This role offers flexible working with occasional attendance required in Hammersmith and Reading.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Value Creation & Operations (VCO) Team As a dynamic, growing team, we're leading transformation and change across Virgin Media O2 at both a strategic and operational level.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

Significant experience of supporting multiple senior executives
Diary management experience being able to arrange both internal and external meetings
A proven track record prioritising commitment, allowing sufficient time for preparation, delegation and review of critical activity.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
