What you'll do


As a member of the Channel Implementation team, you will be responsible for planning the launch of propositions aligned to the Consumer annual plan, flagship devices, commercial & trading promotions, technology & capability projects as well as Commercial Operations driven initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with Consumer Planning, Go-To-Market, Terminals and Product & Proposition Managers as well as the wider business to drive the shaping of the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives that will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK's performance.


  • You will efficiently deliver launches with the relevant level of support from both central and field teams
  • You will coordinate all change and capacity impacting aspects of any Commercial Operations implementation including communication, training, system set up, policy & procedure changes.
  • You will lead Commercial Operations Implementation meetings to ensure cross functional plans are in place to support product launch
  • You will work with Commercial Operations Management to agree approach and prioritisation for Commercial Operations implementation of product launches
  • You will work cross functionally to coordinate governance activity with commercial marketing, GTM & terminals
  • You will work with Vendor partners to support with planning requirements through the front door process, and reporting on engagement and readership of training materials and communications
  • You will continually review the way we implement product launches and identify opportunities to improve the process for our customers, contact centres and store teams improving efficiency & speed whilst reducing costs.

Who you are:


  • You will have expert knowledge in Retail store operating model as well as in depth understanding of Channel Partners.
  • You will have expert knowledge in Sales, Care & Contact Centre operations.
  • You will have expert knowledge in PowerApps and PowerBI Dashboard development and knowledge in the ADO tool.
