The Claims Manager position is a newly-created one within the business, and has come about as a direct result of its fantastic growth trajectory.

As such, you will be starting off with a clean sheet of paper and be able to set the future direction of theClaims function, whilst tweaking the finer points of the role to suit your ambitions.

As well as establishing necessary procedures and protocols for the fledgling Claims Division, you will be (in the early days, at least) responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of claims, including dealing with the insured, carriersand a variety of stakeholders.

You will assimilate information regarding claims, produce MI, report your findings and keep all parties updated with claims progress - always striving to achieve the best possible settlement terms under the policy coverage.

Because this is a highly dynamic business that is constantly evolving, you'll be adaptable, keen to 'make things happen', and comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

As a senior member of the team, ideally you will have lots of brightideas about how to add value to the client service proposition, as well as how this rapidly-expanding business can develop further.
