Finance Business Partner
Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Manchester. Flexibility/hybrid working available

The Finance Business Partner (Manager) works with the client facing teams to drive financial literacy, to chase and embed good discipline around core business processes, and to design and monitor suitable KPIs.
The team aims to embed a "comply or explain" approach with individuals at all levels throughout the business with regards to core processes.

As a Finance Business Partner - Manager, within our Finance Business Partner team, you will be responsible for:
- Annual budgeting and rolling forecast
- Standard costing and annual updates to the costing model
- Monthly finance and business reporting, including WIP valuation reviews
- Maintenance of key processes and data
Joining us as a Finance Business Partner (Manager) the minimum criteria you'll need is to be a newly or part qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA preferred) with previous finance analyst or management accounts experience.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of working in professional services, or in a complex matrix structure organisation- Strong Excel skills- Well organised and able to work to deadlines- Able to train and coach others in use of systems and processes- Experience of annual budgets and forecast projections- Experience communicating with senior stakeholdersKnowing we're right for you
