    **Key Responsibilities**

    • Manage and monitor supplier risk and performance to meet Barclays Third-party Service Provider Policy and Standards through control execution, commercial management, relationship, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver procurement needs, policies, and standards while mitigating supplier risks and issues.
    • Identify suitable suppliers through market research, capabilities analysis, and contract negotiation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to supplier management by attending conferences and participating in training.
    • Monitor suppliers' control operations to meet Barclays Third-party Service Provider Management Standards and contractual obligations.
    • Work with regulatory teams to support global regulatory requests and examinations.

    • Escalate policy/procedure breaches appropriately.
