Description
We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and creative Digital Content Creator, to join our Marketing team.This role is based in Newquay, Cornwall, but you will be creating content for all our channels across our different business streams and have the opportunity to travel to installation locations across Devon and Cornwall.
You will be passionate about social media and digital communication and have the ability to create exciting and engaging content in different forms, from videos, eye-catching graphics, and persuasive writing.
The goal is to make the brand feel fun, fresh and innovative, whilst conveying our high-quality product and customer service.
As well as being responsible for supporting with general tasks within the wider marketing team, you'll be working in a busy and diverse environment and can be assured of an interesting and varied role.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media:
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts across all our channels.
- Visit installation sites to curate new content, and video and photograph new work and keep content fresh and current.
- Coordinate social media messaging that aligns with brand objectives.
- Create strong written posts that align with brand guidelines, have excellent grammar and spelling, and engage the target audience.
- Work with the wider marketing team to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims (images, videos, GIFs etc).
- Schedule and deliver posts using our scheduling platform.
- Proactively work with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity.
- Community management across all channels.
- Analyse and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and types of content to make recommendations.
- Stay up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and ensure that the brand isn't missing out on new initiatives.
Website & Content:
- Implement content/SEO updates on website pages.
Provide support to the wider marketing team:
- Support in the creation of the internal marketing newsletter.
- Work with the marketing team to develop new campaign ideas.
- Occasionally support with reporting to update on content performance and provide any learnings for improvements.
- Attend events/photoshoots as required.
- To aid with flexibility and resilience, you may be required to complete additional tasks which reasonably fall within the job role of Digital Content Creator.

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
